Quick n Easy Rolls
Bake at 350
15-20 minutes
1 T. yeast
¼ C. warm water
½ t. sugar or drop of honey
3 ½ C. flour
¼ C. sugar
1 t. salt
½ C. melted butter
¾ C. scalded milk
½ C. cold water
1 beaten egg

Mix yeast with warm water and add 1/2 tsp. sugar, set aside. Combine dry ingredients in seperate bowl. Then combine wet and dry ingredients together, add yeast mixture. Mix. Drop by big spoonfuls into greased muffin tins at least half full. Bake.


Homemade Ice cream Cookie Sandwiches
Make your favorite chocolate chip cookie.  Take one scoop of your favorite ice cream and sandwich it with your chocolate chip cookies.  Optional: Roll in sprinkles or eat them as is. Tastes fabulous during the hot summer months.

Easy Double Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 devils food cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 C. oil
1 bag chocolate chips
Mix together all ingredients.  Bake at 350 for 7-10 minutes

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies with Cream Cheese Icing

1 C. sugar
1 C. brown sugar
1 C. butter
1 large can pumpkin
3 eggs
2 t. baking soda
4 C. flour
2 t. cinnamon
1 t. salt
1 t. nutmeg
1 t. pumpkin spice

Mix butter and sugars together.  Add eggs. Add dry ingredients together in a bowl.  Combine with wet ingredients. Add pumpkin.  Mix till all blended in. Drop spoonfuls onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.  Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes. Makes a lot.

Frosting:
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 C. confectioners sugar
1/4 C. milk
Mix all together.  Makes about 1 1/2 Cups

Cinnamon Rolls
How to roll:
After your dough has risen, roll out and sprinkle 
with cinnamon sugar/butter mix, optional: 
add chopped nuts, raisins, chocolate chips, etc.

 Roll from one end to the other firmly.

 Cut either with floss or sharp knife and
place in greased pan. Let rise.

 Bake at 350 degrees for about 20-25 minutes

 I like cream cheese icing on my 
cinnamon rolls. The best way to eat it is, 
while it's still warm...mmmmm...
