By when do I need to place my order?
Minimum orders for wedding cakes is $300. Orders need to be placed at least 2-4 months in advance. Smaller party cakes need to be place 2-4 weeks depending on details. Cookies, cupcakes and other treats need to be ordered 1 week in advance.
What’s your payment policy?
For wedding cakes or large orders a 50% nonrefundable deposit is due when placing your order. The remainder is due 3 weeks prior to the event. Your order is not confirmed unless you have signed the written contract and I receive your 50% nonrefundable deposit. If you decide to cancel your order within 7 business days of the event, you may not receive a refund on the remaining balance.
For other cakes, 50% non refundable deposit is due for cakes over $50 (10 business days before the event). The other 50% is due at time of pickup. NO REFUNDS for cancelled orders made 5 business days prior to order pickup.
